Boater Safety Certificates
In case you haven’t heard a new law went into effect on January 1st which requires any powerboat operators, this includes duck boats, to have in their possession a Boater Safety Certificate.
With only a few weeks left of the season make sure that if you’re operating a motorized duckboat that you have it. Local enforcement, which includes DEC ECO’s, will certainly be checking you for it.
